Structured answers only. Nothing you enter is published as a story, attributed to you, or shown individually — responses appear as counts and distributions once enough people have answered the same question.

Adverse effects

Select anything you experienced. Selecting any of these routes you to guidance on getting care and reporting to the FDA, rather than to a confirmation screen.

How this is used

  • Aggregates only — counts and distributions, never individual responses.
  • Nothing publishes for a peptide-outcome pair until at least 20 people have answered it. Adverse-effect counts are the exception and publish regardless, because a small number of harm reports is meaningful in a way a small number of positive reports is not.
  • Verified-purchase responses are counted separately.
  • Submissions carry the USER-REPORT tag, live in their own section, and are excluded from every score. They never appear inside the graded display.
